We had the WONDERFUL surprise of having my little brother Kendall & his family drive in from Edmond for dinner. My older bro Kev & him fam as well as my Mom & Dad were able to join us.

 This is THE Trisha Yearwood Carrot Cake that my lil sis Ker so beautifully made. I haven't hummed with such delight in quite sometime. It was the best I've ever tasted!
