I heard Joyce Meyer say last week ~ be very protective of your JOY, because that is what Satan is really after. He could care less about your house, your car, your job. etc. He knows that it truly is your JOY in the Lord that gives you strength. So...if he can snatch that up, he has everything he needs.
Refuse to let him do so.
